RM500 Rotation Type Pulverise Coal Burner Delivered To Turkey

on Jan11,2014, we sent a RM500 rotation type pulverise coal burner to Turkey. The customer confirm the order and pay for us only spend one week time.
our RM series coal burner adopt new design structure, which changed the principle of traditional burner, adopt rotation type combustor to solve the imperfections of traditional burner(easy slagging, incomplete combustion).
RM series coal burner production cost is low, the cost is only about 1/3 of the oil burner. which make it to be one of our hot sale products.

The operation procedures of small asphalt mixing plant

1 preparation:
(1) Heating asphalt pump half an hour in advance, heating asphalt pool two hours in advance.
(2) Manually running the parts of asphalt plant.
(3) Check whether all valves are in working status, manually take oil, preheating asphalt pipeline and measuring tank until the normal work.

2 Powers:
(1) Heating asphalt pump, this can be closed after half an hour.
(2) Stir to open.
(3) Open the air compressor.
(4) Start dusting motor.
(5) Igniter.
(6) High-pressure diesel pump.
(7) Observe whether the ignition is successful, three unsuccessful must stop to check..
(8) Start blower motor.
(9) Start the main pump.
(10) The drying drum should be opened by manual operation.

3 The production process:
(1) Drum drying.
(2) Elevate ore hopper.
(3) Drop by ore hopper.
(4) Waiting for three minutes (wet material for three minutes, dry material about one minute) to be good material drying.
(5) On the screen, click taking asphalt, spraying asphalt, taking powder, add powder. Stir for two minutes.
(6) The finished hopper down to the finished product tank.
(7) Elevate the finished product hopper; open the storage silos to discharge.
(8) Elevate ore hopper.

4 Shutdowns:
(1) Shut down the main oil pump and high-pressure diesel pump.
(2) Close other moving parts, keep drying drum, draft fan, drum fan to run.
(3) Cleaning asphalt pump, piping and asphalt measuring tank.
(4) Waiting for furnace and roller cooling, turn off all motors.
(5) Disconnect the power.

What is the difference between LB Series and DHB Series Asphalt/bitumen Plant?



1. Mixing system:
LB series is batch mixing type, using forcing mixer to mix, mixing asphalt is much more equably than DHB series.



DHB series is continuous mixing type, using drum mixer to mix.
2. Weighing system:
LB series with accurate weighing system for aggregate and bitumen and filler…, so asphalt quality is much higher.
DHB series with rough weighing way.
3. Vibrating screen:
LB series vibrating screen to make sure the aggregate size accuracy.

The problem cases of baghouse dust collector of asphalt equipment in use

when The baghouse dust collector of asphalt mixing plant ran about 1000 hours, the smoking that the pipe of baghouse dust collector emitted is not only a high-speed stream, but also with a large number of ashes, and the operator found the bag is very serious blockage, A lot of holes on bag already, some sand holes on the pulse spray blowpipe. Dust bag change frequently. By the technical exchange and communication of technical personnel and Japanese experts, draw the conclusion: when baghouse dust collector leaving the factory, its dust collector box is out shape due to the defects of production process. Porous plate of deformation can't perpendicular to the air, which caused the tilt Angle. so the root reason of broken bag is that tilt Angle and some sand holes. Once the bag is damaged, the heat flow with the soot particle will directly through the dust bag - flue pipe - chimney - the atmosphere. If it is not a thorough overhaul, it not only can make the enterprise into the equipment maintenance cost and production costs greatly strengthen, reducing the production efficiency and quality, serious ecological environment pollution, causing a vicious cycle.

1.Cold Aggregate Supply System
Bin volume and number is customizable, Separated structure design significantly reduces dimensions for shipping and ensures a high capacity.
Two independent cold feeders and modular design, transport expediently.

2.Drying Drum

A common fault analysis of asphalt mixing plant - Filler Supply System

1. Material level is not normal
Diagnosis:
check the level meter output is normal or not;
check whether mineral powder played too hard, causing material level meter does not work properly.
Exclude:
output is not normal, the indicator to repair or replace the indicator;
if mineral powder played too tight, Filler Supply System should be cleaned, until normal.
2. Measuring nowadays powder is slow
Diagnosis:
check whether the butterfly valve switch is normal;
check whether the rotating feeder blade is stained with mineral powder;
Check whether the mineral powder is bulging in the tank.
Exclude:

Butterfly valve opening is not normal, to adjust its opening to the normal condition;
Rotary feeder with powder: ornamental butterfly valve, open the cover plate of screw machine ,open feeder, with a hammer knock the enclosure of feeder, until the feeder blade clean.
Mineral powder is bulging: first pressure breaker arch, if the result is bad, then with a hammer knock powder cans, and then if the result is bad, open of the powder tank entrance, broken arch by manual shovel powder.

A common fault analysis of asphalt mixing plant - the fault and solution of the dust collector



1. Dust leakage
Open the upper cover plate of baghouse dust collector, and check for cloth bag, take corresponding measures according to condition. Cleaning dust on the top of upper chamber, check if there is dust into the bag.
2. The problem of bag
a. the temperature of dust gas is too high
The temperature of dust gas must not exceed the maximum allowable temperature. The cloth bag can generally be under 200 high temperature, if the inlet temperature more than this value, the damper should be opened for the introduction of cold air cooling.
b. the humidity is too large
The bag is blocked if the climate is wet, so the wet cloth bag should be dried or replaces a new bag.
c. dust accumulation
If the dust accumulates at the bottom of the bag in the dust collector, the bag will accelerate wear. At this time, you shall check the running status of dust discharging device and check for leaks, and take corresponding measures.
d. bag wear
The inside of bag is dirty, because the dust is into the bag, which also caused the wear. In addition, if the dust is accumulated in the powder outlet, in order to prevent bag damage, the powder feeding device of the dust collector should be checked and the dust bag should be replaced.
